  • Accuracy of HM-MRIfor diagnosing clinically significant PCa (≥Gleason 3+4) was higher than for mpMRIon per-tumor (0.74 vs 0.61) and sextant analysis (0.84vs 0.75).

 

  • HM-MRIhad higher accuracy, specificity and PPV than mpMRI, with similar sensitivity and NPV.
